Wonderful Email received today...

I just discovered your website while reading an article on the internet about famous Presidential pardons. I had never heard of your dad and did not know the history behind the "blessed" decision that he made in his heart one day to help defend the beloved nation of Israel. Jim, I want to tell you that I thank and praise God with all my heart that he blessed all of us with a man like your dad. As I'm sitting here in my cubicle at work viewing your website and looking at the pictures of your mom and dad, I can't stop the tears from welling up in my eyes. I am truly inspired this day. I know with all of my heart that the Lord has led me to your website for a reason. He wanted me to know the sacrifices that people have made for the nation of Israel. With everything in me I don't want to leave this earth without making a difference like your dad did. May you be blessed my brother. I thank and praise God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ for men like "Charlie".

  1. Dear Jim,
I am an American-born journalist based in Jerusalem. I am writing an article about some of the people who are buried in the Alliance Church International Cemetery in Jerusalem. The article will include a brief bio of each of those people. I found your blog while searching for information about your father.
I would be grateful if you could clarify some matters of fact for me, because there is so much conflicting information in the various news reports I have seen. Can you please respond to my e-mail address and give me an address to which I can direct my questions? Thanks very much. Esther Hecht (esther.hecht@gmail.com)
